Paradise High School Class of 1981

Currently living in Chico California.  From the time I graduated PHS, and then UC Davis in 1986, I have lived in the following places -Lake Tahoe, Los Angeles, Fairfield, San Francisco, Detroit, Michigan, Columbus, Ohio, Ft, Myers, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona.

All of those moves were chasing jobs. Terrible awful soul crushing corporate positions that were supposed to be as good as life got. Ruined my health, family and finances.

In 2005 I quit my last tax consulting job, sold my house at the peak of the market in Phoenix, and moved back here to be with Lorne Tucker. We married in 2006. Should have married in 1986.

At any rate it's been wonderful being back here even if the last few years have been difficult. Like most of America we've been impacted by the loss of Lorne's job at Aero Union. He is now working for a small aviaiton company in Texas. We are still unsure if this company will be a long-term player and if he will become a permanent employee with benefits. So at thie time we aren't planning on moving soon -but hope to if things work out.
